Biography
Private Frederick Leonard Hamblyn, of Tariki, embarked with the 26th Reinforcements of the Wellington Infantry Battalion, on the Willochra Vessel on the 9th of June, 1917. Hamblyn served one year and 286 days abroad before being discharged on the account of his four brothers being killed in action in France during 1916-1917.
