Biography
James Edward Hamblyn, of Tāriki, embarked with the 1oth Reinforcements of the Wellington Infantry Battalion, B Company on 4 March 1916 and was serving with the Wellington Infantry Regiment, 2nd Battalion in Ypres, Belgium when he was killed in action on 27 July 1917, aged 28.
