Biography
Lt.-Gen. Sir Fiennes Middleton Colvile was born circa 1833. He married Helen Harriette Northcote, daughter of Major Hugh Stafford Northcote and Harriet Hope Cely Trevilian, on 7 November 1862. He died in March 1917.
Lt.-Gen. Sir Fiennes Middleton Colvile gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry. He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).
