Description
Tintype (collodion positive on aluminium) of participants in Brian Scadden's wet-plate photography demonstration, 2pm on Sunday 18 October 2009, at Puke Ariki, New Plymouth. Photograph taken outside entrance to north wing of Puke Ariki, in front of woven metal. Exposure time was 9 seconds. Demonstration held as an event in conjunction with 'Fixated: Photography Through History' exhibition (1 August - 26 October 2009). Photograph is reversed.
