Malcolm Cotter
Biography
From 1975 until 1987 Malcom Cotter was the District Field Officer in the Lands and Survey Department. He was responsible to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for all the farm development, farm lending and rural valuing in the Taranaki Land District.
