Sound recording. Vic Bloomfield of Eltham worked for the Ngaire Co-operative Dairy Company, starting during the 1918 'flu epidemic. A general hand cheese maker he recalls his time at the factory. Recorded as part of research for 'The Ngaere Story' published for the Ngaere School centennial 1882-1982.
