Part two of two of a panoramic view of New Plymouth a from the south side of Devon Street. Photograph includes a general view of central New Plymouth including fruit stores, restaurants, butchers, and the house of Captain Charles Rowan and his wife Ellis Rowan (floral artist) on the far right hand side of the photograph. J. Crozier, butcher, stands in front of his shop, the second white two-storey building from the left.
