Description
A five shot Beaumont Adams Patent .44 calibre double action percussion revolver made under licence by Calisher and Terry. " Adams patent 30485," is marked on the right of the frame. This number is repeated on the cylinder. "Calisher & Terry. Makers to H.M. War Department" OA 12" Barrel 53/4" is marked on the top strap and barrel. Enclosed in Calisher and Terry wooden case with a green felt lining and light blue Calisher and Terry label on the underside of the lid. Three badly degraded cartridges are in one small compartment of the case.
