Description
A small hat made of straw with fabric roses on the front and black plumes. The edges are finished with a line of velvet ribbon and there is a length of velvet ribbon for tying. The inside silk lining includes the manufacturing label " Robt.Smyth / 230 / Regent Street / Oxford Street / London " .
