Description
A butter churn with a circle of dovetailed wooden slats, bound by two metal hoops, and resting on two long wooden supports. A rectangular opening on top of the churn gives access to the interior, and a handle at one side rotates a pair of ladder like dashers within the churn - paddles are set at right angles to each other. A removable wooden lid covers the opening at the top.
