A polyester necktie associated with Francis Douglas Memorial College. The navy blue tie features diagonal red stripes edged with gold and with a thin blue strip through the centre. A small crest of the college features near the bottom of the tie. " FRANCIS DOUGLAS MEMORIAL COLLEGE " is written in red along the bottom edge of the last diagonal stripe. " KLIPPER / FASHION NECKWEAR / POLYESTER /DRYCLEAN ONLY/ MADE IN / NEW ZEALAND " is written in gold on a manufacturers tag on the reverse.
