Group of six. In the back row, left to right, are George Topless, George (Geo) Marshall (Coach and Selector) and Frank Olsson. Seated in the second row are Barry Old and Gerry Fowler. Coxswain Maurice Crow is seated on the floor in the front. Maurice is holding the Marshall Cup. The Halliburton Johnstone Trophy is standing on a pedestal in the middle of the group. Both trophies were won at the Hamilton Regatta. This team was the New Zealand Championship winning Four for the 1937-1938 season.
