Description
Ink and pencil sketch of R.M.S. Remuera docked at New Plymouth's port. The ship was built in 1911 and operated an independent schedule from England to New Zealand from 1933 until the outbreak of war in 1939. She was sunk by German torpedo-carrying aircraft on 26 August 1940 in the North Sea.
