Description
A German or Bavarian 'coffee house' style pipe. The pipe has a white porcelain bowl and reservoir attached to a wooden shaft. The bowl is topped by a hinged metal lid. and features a painted scene of two hunters rowing a small boat with a deer or goat lying in the front and mountains in the background. The reservoir features a painted scene of a hunter his dog on a plateau. The bowl is detachable, but is fixed to the mouthpiece by a length of cord and two green tassels are also attached to the mouthpiece.
