Black and white photograph taken in 1958 of the Bowl of Brooklands stage dressed for the amateur production of George Bernard Shaw's 'Androcles and the Lion'. The photograph was taken with a Box Brownie camera by local schoolboy Darryl Ware, who was aged 15 years at the time and had been involved in volunteering for the construction of the Bowl.
