This / soap does not have any / animal fats or free caustic. / Made by Egmont Soaps - Tasman Street, Opunake " is written on a white paper label on one of the other sides of the box. A butterfly is carved on the centre of the soap itself.
A range of soaps like this one were produced in the mid 1990s and were sold at the Taranaki Museum shop.
