Oral history. Born in 1921 in Liverpool, Kathleen talks of life as a Catholic in Dublin. Very briefly recalls voyage to New Zealand in 1927. Family settled in Opunake. Talks of her education and training as a teacher. Talks of teaching in the Pungarehu area, Cambridge and Papakura. Also talks of involvement in the local community.
