Oral history. Born in south London and recalls Battle of Britain. Went farming and applied for a position as herd tester in the Waikato. Describes. Planned to return to UK, but did tour of South Island and Australia first. Met wife at the Mount before he left, and after working at Mt Isa, came back to Taumaranui to marry. Wife Lebanese. Moved to Bay of Plenty and a sharemilking job and was converted to Christianity. Did 4 year training at St John's College,
Auckland and ordained a Deacon at St Mary's, New Plymouth, 1969. Did 25 years in the Ministry including time at New PLymouth Base Hospital as Chaplain. Reminisces about his life in NZ.
