Object Detail

Photograph album identified by Jocelyne Dudding (Cambridge University Museum) as having possibly been compiled c. 1900s -1930s by Mr and Mrs Antony & Florence Ferguson, who may have been residents of Stratford. The album is leather bound and is embossed with floral patterns. The spine is weakened and the leather on the spine is damaged. A number of the album pages have colour illustrations on them (mostly floral). Some of the photographs are missing from album pages. The remaining photographs are taken by a range of photographers (both identified commercial photographers and unidentified photographers) and include both albumen and printing-out paper prints.
