A fabric badge in the shape of a small pennant. The badge features the crossed flags of New Zealand and England and a portrait of Field Marshal Frederick Sleigh Roberts. "VICTORIOUS/Wear to-day this Emblem-/"The "Red, White & Blue,"/In Memory of Soldiers fight/-ing/For their country and for/ you!" is written on the badge. There is an illegible portion of a makers mark on the bottom of the badge.
