Description
A black top hat made of silk "hatter's plush" with the brim curled up slightly at the sides and a black hatband with a bow on one side, and a brown leather sweat band. The inside lining is made of cardboard and reads: " Established 1838, Thomas Cochrane, New Castle & Sunderland " inside the hat in gold.
