Palm, Collar

Description
A collar palm with a pear shaped bulb which is hollow on one side and connected to a cranked shaft. The hollowed out portion is has numerous indentations in it and the shaft has an indent at the end and a diamond shaped hole through it. " BUTLER BROS. " is stamped on one side of the shaft.
