A collar palm with a pear shaped bulb which is hollow on one side and connected to a cranked shaft. The hollowed out portion is has numerous indentations in it and the shaft has an indent at the end and a diamond shaped hole through it. " BUTLER BROS. " is stamped on one side of the shaft.
This collar palm was used by Robert Graham, who owned a boot repair and saddlery shop in Queen Street, Waitara. Collar palms are used for collar making and for making cart saddles and heavy harness.
