Description
A .577 calibre 1853 pattern three band Enfield percussion rifle with brass nose cap, trigger guard and butt plate. The ram rod and the and rear sight are missing but the two sling swivels are still attached. " 1856 / TOWER " is marked on the lockplate along with a crown over "V R" " W D " is marked on the butt along with an arrow. " J O ROCKETT " is marked in small letters on the wood near the trigger.
