Description
A silver hat made of woven ribbon with a narrow brim and shaped crown. The brim has a wired edge and a folded pink satin hatband around the base of the crown. There is a diamante broach attached to the ribbon. " Made in N.Z / Arnold / N.Y. London, Paris " is marked on the label.
