Black silk velvet evening cape. Ruched at neck. Cotton rolled and padded, fastened with a large hook. Hem shaped into long pointed scallops, deep silk hinge attached by hand. Hand embroidery of paillettes bugle beads, diamantes etc. Lining red silk crepe de chine.
