Description
A Pacification of Hungary and Transylvania medal. The silver medal features the crest of the Russian empire on the eagle which includes a double headed eagle with a sceptre and a globe in its claws. The reverse features an inscription in Russian? text on one side with "1849" at the bottom. The medal is attached by a metal loop to a black piece of backing. The pin is missing from the reverse of the backing.
