Darcy, was a exceptionally good Tailor, along with his wife Peggy Keenan (nee Baker), they had a Tailoring shop on the hill in Devon Street, called P & D Tailors. That shop was upstairs next to India Today. I was the third generation to work in the business, with my Auntie who eventually had it renaming it Barbs Alterations". All of Darcy and Peggy's Daughters and even Daughter in-laws worked in their at one stage or another. Tailoring and alterations, for Mens and Womans wear shops around New Plymouth

This is my KOKO, I am his oldest granddaughter (3rd of the 7), My Brother Jason is the oldest Grandson. We lived next door to them, and My mother (Darcys oldest child - Pam Windleburn nee:Keenan) still lives next to their family home.
