Five Scrapbooks. F T Bellringer was admitted to the Bar in 1900. A year later, he was appointed New Plymouth Town Clerk and Borough Treasurer, a position he held for 50 years. During his time in office, Bellringer supported and was actively involved in the development of parks in New Plymouth. These scrapbooks were compiled during his time in office and include newspaper clippings from local newspapers, souvenir programmes, typescripts of speeches and correspondence. 1929 - 1952
