Description
A centrefire British Bulldog type .280 calibre six chamber revolver with a wooden handgrip. A Crown is over " E L6 " marked on the chamber and a crown over "R" is marked on the frame. " 3 " is stamped on the rear of the cylinder.

This is a very rare calibre revolver which soon fell out of favour. It is the kind of gun which may have been carried by a bank clerk or similar person who carried cash.
