Oral history. Born in London, 1933 Brian talks about his schooling. He worked as a solicitors clerk. Talks of the war and air raids and being evacuated to countryside. Emigrated to New Zealand in 1956 on the Captain Hobson. Employed at McKechnies, New Plymouth. Marriage to Colleen in 1957. Talks of his first impressions of New Zealand, believes that life in New Zealand is much better.
