Description
A framed embroidery design on a cream silk background. The design is the emblem of the Taranaki Rifles Regiment. " TARANAKI XI RIFLES/REGIMENT" is embroidered in gold on a dark scroll below an image of Mount Taranaki/Egmont with buildings and farm land in the foreground. The embroidery has a wooden frame and is covered with clear glass. Brown paper adhered with sellotape is used on the reverse of the frame which also features two picture hooks and a string to hang it from.
