A white ceramic bread plate. The plate has a red border surmounted by an image of Mount Taranaki / Egmont with a scroll design beneath. " TARANAKI REGIMENT " is written on the scroll. " GRINDLEY HOTEL WARE / ENGLAND / VITRIFIED / GIBSONS AND PATTERSON LIMITED,/ NEW ZEALAND " is written in green on the base of the plate. "A.3.26" is also impressed on the base.
