Description
A fashion plate that is a supplement to "The Queen" and dated Mar 7, 1891. It depicts three women in a parlour wearing fancy dress gowns. Each has similar features with a few different details. The gown on the viewer's left side shows the back with a slight train and ribbon tied around the back. It has lace sleeves and centre insert on the blouse. The sleeves are full at the top and taper down to the wrist. The gown in the centre is greeen with a butterfly-patterned underskirt and sleeves. The final gown is gold with lace trimming and a long train. She is carrying a fan.
