Description
A fashion plate that is a supplement to "The Queen" and dated October 6, 1888. It depicts three women in an outdoor scene surrounded by pots of flowers in front of a brick building. The bottom title reads: "Latest Paris Fashions". All three women are wearing similar style gowns in different fabrics. They are slim at the waist, have narrow sleeves and emphasize the bustle. One gown is purple with black trim, another green and white striped and the final, red with black trim. Each one is wearing an elaborately decorated hat.
