Description
A fashion plate titled: "The Fashions/Expressly designed & prepared for 'The Englishwoman's Domestic Magazine' " It depicts two women overlooking a shoreline. Both women have their backs to the viewer and have a similar shaped gowns. One gown is a light brown and the other a blue-black colour. They have elaborate folds, pleats and draping of fabric over top of their bustles and short trains. Their waists are narrowed and princess seams shape the back of their bodices.
