An audio tape titled Don't Forget to Remember. Side One features the tracks " DON'T FORGET TO REMEMBER " " CRAZY " " PLEASE COME TO BOSTON " " DON"T IT MAKE MY BROWN EYES BLUE " and " ACES ". Side Two features the tracks " LAY DOWN BESIDE ME " " YOU NEEDED ME " " SOME DAY SOON " " GUARDIAN ANGELS " and " THE ROSE ". The sleeve of the tape features a picture of a woman sitting on a concrete seat. " Don't / Forget / to / Remember / Adrienne " is written in white on the cover. " Don't Forget to Remember / ADRIENNE FOSTER-LYNAM / Code No. / AF95001 " is written on the spine of the sleeve. The reverse of the sleeve is white and it features track listings and album credits.
