View of premises of Weston, Ball and Grayling (Barristers and Solicitors), corner Brougham and King Streets under floodwaters from the Huatoki and Mangaotuku Streams. Floodwaters lifted the building two feet from its foundations and caused extensive damage. This image shows people stopping to investigate the damage.
