William Hearn pictured on Opunake wharf wearing a Siebe Gorman Diving Suit. He is resting one arm on the top of his helmet and is looking directly at the camera. This suit was used at Taranaki Port (see TM.2002.296). The suit consists of a canvas and rubber body suit, lead boots and a copper helmet.
