Norfolk Women's Institute

Description
The Norfolk Country Women's Institute (now known as the Norfolk Women's Institute) was formed August 19th 1931 with twenty eight founder members. The emblem chosen was the Rosemary plant. The institute celebrates its 75th year in August 2006.
In 1991, the Institute published a booklet commemorating its 60th jubilee which tells the story of the Norfolk Road branch and is included in the collection.
This collection contains minute books, photographs, Jubilee and club memorabilia. 1936 – 1997.
