Description
A green taffeta skirt with the front panel decorated with three sets of tucks alternating with a row of kilting three times. The panel is framed with a length of ribbon on one side and the other side has lengths of tucked ribbon. The skirt is lined with linen and the waistband is made of a pleated cotton. The garment closes with a length of hooks and eyes along a side opening.
