Card, Report (Girl Guides)

Description
A small light blue cardboard card which folds open. The cover of the card features a Girl Guides clover emblem. "THE GIRL GUIDE/TEST CARD/TENDERFOOT TEST" heads up the card. Ten different tests are also listed on the cover. "J DONNELLY" has been written in red pen on a space left for the guides name. The interior of the card features the names of a number of tests with room for the initials of the examiner. The card has been partially filled in using red and blue pen. The reverse also features a list of 7 other tests.
