Girl Guide Association - Brownie section badge. A Brownie Pack was divided into small groups called Sixes. Each Six would usually had two leaders - a Sixer and a Second. A Sixer wore two of these woven yellow strips on her left epaulette; a Second wore one woven yellow strip.
