A trophy cup with two handles attached to a black base. " BERNIE PLUMB / MEMORIAL CUP / NORTH ISLAND MIDGET CHAMPION TEAM " is engraved on the front of the trophy. 19 team names and dates are engraved on the reverse of the trophy. The earliest date is 1981-82 and the most recent date is 1997-98.
