Description
A silver ceremonial plate commemorating the centennial of the New Plymouth City Council in 1976. The plate has a raised lip which is heavily decorated. The remaining body of the plate also features decorative metalwork. " Centennial / New Plymouth / City Council / From / Taranaki / Harbours Board / 1876-1976 " is engraved on the plate. " HECWORTH " is stencilled on the base of the plate and a sticker with the number 66 on it is also stuck to the base.
