A community calendar issued by the Public Relations Office and the New Plymouth Co-ordinating Council on a monthly basis listing every known event open to the public on a day by day basis and included a directory service of important institutions, emergency organizations, hospital visiting hours and advertisements for local businesses. December 1956 - October 1958.
First published in November 1956 the calendar was produced initially by the New Plymouth Co-ordinating Council and then by the Public Relations Office. The calendar ceased publication in October 1958 after production costs became unsustainable. The PRO hoped to keep a diary of events and produce a three monthly brochure for distribution to tourists that included information about forthcoming events.
