Oral history. Lesley MacDonald was trained as a dental nurse in 1966. She describes dental nurse training in Wellington, equipment and materials, and health concerns such as working with mercury. She also talks of graduation and first postings. She remembers working on the Te Kaha mobile clinic, problems with dental cases and the various dental nursing jobs that she had.
