Oral history. Nora Patrice Hurley was born in Ireland in 1915. Hurley began her career as a teacher. After retiring in 1979 she became involved Prisioners' Aid Society, teaching prisioners to read and write. In this interview, Hurley recounts her experiences working in the New Plymouth prision.
