 Description
Copies of two note books belonging to Samuel Whitehead. The first (1853) consists of a stock take of fruit trees and berry plants with instructions for growing same. The second, dated (1854) contains further information on horticulture. The dates on these two booklets could be misleading. It appears that old diaries may have been used as note books.
