Shows the Waitara River and fortifications and two section drawings of the Manukorihi Pa. Inset shows the coastline and Waiongana River. Drawn and surveyed by Fred A. Carrington between the years 1840 and 1846. Inscription: 'W.H. Skinner Esq., with kind regards from his old friend O. Carrington, Taranaki".
