Thomas (Tom) Henry Western (1875-1968) was a farmer in the Bell Block area with an interest in local history.
Collection consists of a series of scrapbooks containing miscellaneous and Taranaki information compiled by Tom Western. Includes an index for volumes 1-11 compiled from clipping headlines.
